Scrum Events

Scrum events are:

  • prescribed
  • used to create regularity and to minimize other meetings
  • time-boxed (i.e. has a max duration)
  • formal opportunity to inspect and adapt something
  • designed to enable transparency and inspection

Failure to include any of these events results in:

  • reduced transparency
  • lost opportunity to inspect and adapt
